Reason why teams get blown out + why your workouts don’t work out

The human mind acts like a broken gas gauge. The mind sends false messages that the body is on empty when there’s plenty left in the tank. Happens in any quarter of any #GameDay, practice, workout. 1st qtr, 2nd qtr, 3rd qtr, and especially 4th qtr. This is why teams choke. This is why teams at all levels lay down. This is why upsets happen. This is why teams blow massive leads. This is why underdogs maul favourites.
