Getting in shape is a fight. An uphill battle. Staying in shape is a war. A blood-bath. Over 90% give up. Quit. The reason is how hard the fight is. Getting in shape is brutally hard. Staying in shape is harder. Dual meaning. It’s hard to do but it’s worth it because hard is better than soft.
I believe with all my heart that we all have a soul of a lifter. No exceptions. We all have the capacity to lift ourselves. We all have the capacity to lift others. We all have the capacity to lift weight. We all have the capacity to get into shape for life. The problem is motivation. That’s the number one obstacle. The main reason why people quit working out is lack of motivation.
I wrote Soul of a Lifter as a solution. It’s worked out. I’m sincerely grateful for all the testimonials we’ve received saying the same thing – Soul of a Lifter has motivated them to get in the gym and stay in the gym. My immediate goal is to change 100,000 lives with Soul of a Lifter. Next is one million. Then one billion. The main reason is that lifting changed my life. And it keeps changing my life. I would be a mess without lifting. I thank God Almighty every day for letting me lift.
