Since 2008, when I designed a unique Bootcamp-style workout, I’ve helped many women shed fat, create shapely curves, and improve the overall quality of their lives. My training style, which combines strength training with endurance exercises in an hour-long class, is ideal for busy women who want to look and feel great while having fun achieving their goals!
