ABsense or absence.

Here’s Real-life Lesson #9,342 that I’ve taught football players for 40 years and college law enforcement students for 2 decades: ABsense or absence – ABsense makes sense. Absence makes no sense.

ABsense is the X Fitness AB workout that makes sense. Absence is missing ab workouts, which makes no sense. “How do I get a 6-pack?” is the #3 question I’ve been asked during the past four decades. First it started with cops I worked with between 1975-1990. Then, football rookies when they signed up. Then, college law enforcement students. And now, members at my gym X Fitness. The obsession with a flat stomach is an ABsession among women and men of all ages, in every era. The Pre-Internet ABsession was just as intense as the Post-Modern ABsession.

I have told cops, college wannabe cops, football players, and gym members that there are three reasons why your abs are ABsent:

  1. Bad food
  2. Bad mood
  3. Absence from ABsense

Bad food covers-up abs, whether you work out or not. Junk consumption, solid or liquid, make your abs absent regardless if you attend every ABsense workout.

Bad mood triggers cortisol, the fight or flight hormone. Cortisol is a double-edge sword. It fuels your fight or fuels your fat. Every time you experience F.A.T. – fear, anxiety, tension – and you don’t lift anything, run anywhere, or exercise, cortisol is wasted and makes you fat. Next time you get stressed at work and lift nothing, think of the fat that is building up over your abs. That’s why it’s important to go to the gym when you’re pissed off. Being pissed off opens the flood-gates for the cortisol rush. Don’t let the cortisol rush go to waste. You will never need pre-workout drinks when cortisol is pumping through your veins. Cortisol will give you the best pump no matter what body-parts you are working out. The only body-part that won’t get pumped is your ass if you sit on it when you are pissed off. If you sit on your ass when you experience F.A.T., you will get a fat ass.

Absence from ABsense is guaranteed to make your abs absent. The X Fitness ABsense Workout is a progression that starts from Minus Zero to a minimum of 342 reps per workout. When you reach the 342 magic number and you eliminate bad food and bad mood, your abs will no longer be absent. 100% guaranteed. Women, men, any age.
